Cop Call

Have you ever noticed how when you move somehow the cop fundraiser knows your number so they call and ask for money?
And they act upset when you say no?
How do they know?
Who gives them the number?
Do you think it's the guys on suspension who are making the calls?
Just another think that gets under my skin.
